Consultation. When you are ready to move into a new facility, or rearrange an existing one, Bell can help you plan for the best utilization of your allocated space.
Attentive, personal service. Our experienced staff is available to discuss your needs “in person“ - not just over the phone. The phone order distributors can’t respond to your individual needs like we can.
A well-stocked warehouse for all your instrument needs. Bulbs, batteries, and most accessories are readily available for prompt delivery.
Our company has made a commitment to remain a regional distributor. We realize that it has become more important than ever to respond to your service and supply needs quickly. Customers realize that equipment “downtime” is prohibitively expensive. We consider our neighborhood to include customers in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania. Most of this area is accessible by auto within 2 hours.
If you have outgrown your present space or are interested in a complete redesign of your office, we can help plan a facility which will function properly and efficiently. We’ll give special consideration to rooms containing ophthalmic equipment. Efficient patient and staff flow will be carefully considered. Review of blueprints, meetings with contractors and architects, and providing instrument relocation and installation are all part of the services we provide.
While we are not architects or interior designers, we have seen many space designs that work well and some designs that do not work so well. You can rely on our years of experience to make sure that when you undertake a project of such importance, the results will be right.
Yes, but only when we have had the opportunity to obtain, through purchase or trade-in, equipment that is of excellent quality, that for which replacement parts are readily available and that which has not been declared obsolete by it’s manufacturer.

An important part of the value we offer is the relationship we maintain with you after the purchase. We are committed to protecting your investment - during the warranty period and for the following months and years you will be using the equipment. Because we are the “local” source for service, our technicians respond quickly to your call to keep disruption to patient flow to an absolute minimum.

As an authorized distributor, Bell’s warranty responsibility is limited to the responsibility of the original equipment manufacturer.
The specific terms of a product warranty are only those provided by the written warranty accompanying the particular product. Unless specified in the terms of an individual sale, Bell has no greater product warranty beyond that of the manufacturer. With few exceptions, the warranty period for new instruments is one year and covers parts and labor.
In general, the manufacturer’s responsibility shall be, at their option, to either repair or replace any product component that fails during the warranty period due to a defect in workmanship and/or material.
The warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the product and does not cover products which have been modified without the manufacturer’s approval, or which have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, or which have had original identification marks removed or altered.
Lamps, bulbs, ink cartridges, and other expended items are not covered by warranty.
Bell warrants used equipment and our repair work for 90 days.
